We have used the PSIA tool and process in assessing our security procedures in the UK Marriott hotels across the UK. Following the training our security managers received, we were able to utilise the process which we found to be very user friendly, enabling us to identify a number of areas where we could enhance our existing security procedures and make a number of improvements.
